Shipping and returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Some of the items in my store are ready to ship, whereas others will be made to order. 

Ready to Ship Items:

Your order will be packaged and dispatched the next business day via Australia Post. An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey. 

Made to Order items:

The leadtime for made to order items can be different depending on the item.  Please contact me for estimated creation time.

I will send you progress photos of the item as it is being made if you wish.  Once you order is complete, it is packaged and dispatched the next business day via Australia Post. An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey. 

Please ensure that you provide correct delivery information as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

 

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders over AUD$500 will receive complimentary delivery.

Australia orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel Service with tracking.  We can add extra cover and signature on delivery for an extra cost.

RETURNS POLICY

At BARRINE DESIGNS, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted jewellery and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We gladly offer exchanges(excluding postage fees) on all orders should you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase. 

Please note we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for incorrect purchases.

Please note we do not accept returns when:

  • Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging.
  • Items are return outside the specified return timeframe
  • An order includes bespoke or customised items

Returns are at the expense of our customers and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to BARRINE DESIGNS.

EXCHANGE FOR SIZE

While we are more than happy to assist where possible, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size has been ordered.

Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping of their order as well as the re-shipping fee back to them.
